·       How can I buy tickets?


Head to the BOOKING link on the website, find the sessions you want to book and click BOOK. The next page will offer additional opportunities to add discounted tickets where we have applied that feature. You should receive an email straight away. You will also be encouraged to create an account where you will have visibility of all your bookings and the option to easily refund payments.
Ticket sales are linked to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Please follow their instructions to make a purchase without an account.

·       Refunds.


In the event of any specific workshop or the entire festival being cancelled; a full refund will be issued.
Cancelled tickets will be refunded up until 4th September 2024 and refunds will be processed through PayPal.

·       Waitlist.


If sessions book up and you want to be put on a waitlist, please email the organiser stating which session you would like to attend. Any spaces that become available will be allocated on a timestamp basis on the emails. You will be notified via email and if you

·       Session times and locations.


Please be at the specified location 10 minutes before the session. The sessions will commence at the time stated. No refunds will be issued for failure to turn up on time.  

·       Gallery capacity.


The gallery space can accommodate 110 people at a time. In the event of a full house during busy periods, we will use a 1in, 1 out system.

·       Wet weather plan.


For the outdoor based workshops, there will be an indoor alternative for each session in the event of bad weather (the exception being the Rigging workshop. Bring adequate protective clothing. See specific session for details). Sessions will go ahead in the dry environment and not be refunded. Keep an eye on announcements regarding this.

·       Agenda.


All session times are published and there will be an easy-to-read graphic to outline the event to make sure you can manage your weekend easily.


·       Accessibility.


Some of the workshops are taking place in the Peak District National Park and as such, there may be certain sessions that are more difficult to guarantee full access. Please inform us of any access challenges in advance and we will endeavour to make the required changes.

·       Location parking.


For the gallery, there are many city centre parking pay and display sites available.
For the Peak District, the Peak Park are now enforcing pay and display at certain car parks. Please consider that when attending off site sessions.
